მარნეულისა და ბოლნისის მუნიციპალიტეტების ტერიტორიაზე არსებული მეწარმე სუბიექტების ჩამონათვალისა და ფუნქციონირების წესის განსაზღვრის შესახებ

„საქართველოს მთელ ტერიტორიაზე საგანგებო მდგომარეობის გამოცხადებასთან დაკავშირებით გასატარებელ ღონისძიებათა შესახებ“ საქართველოს პრეზიდენტის 2020 წლის 21 მარტის №1 დეკრეტის, „საქართველოში ახალი კორონავირუსის გავრცელების აღკვეთის მიზნით გასატარებელი ღონისძიებების დამტკიცების შესახებ“ საქართველოს მთავრობის 2020 წლის 23 მარტის №181 დადგენილებისა და „ახალი კორონავირუსის გავრცელების აღკვეთის მიზნით მარნეულისა და ბოლნისის მუნიციპალიტეტებში გასატარებელი საკარანტინო ღონისძიებების შესახებ“ საქართველოს მთავრობის 2020 წლის 23 მარტის №180 დადგენილების პირველი მუხლის პირველი პუნქტის „ე.დ“ ქვეპუნქტის საფუძველზე, ვბრძანებთ:

1. მარნეულისა და ბოლნისის მუნიციპალიტეტების ტერიტორიაზე ამ ბრძანების №1 დანართში მითითებული მეწარმე სუბიექტებიდან, საგანგებო მდგომარეობის პერიოდში, არ ეზღუდებათ ეკონომიკური საქმიანობის განხორციელება იმ მეწარმე სუბიექტებს, რომლებიც აკმაყოფილებენ ფუნქციონირების შემდეგ პირობებს:
ა) საქმიანობა/მუშაობა უნდა მიმდინარეობდეს, უპირატესად, ღია სივრცეში;
ბ) ფუნქციონირებისას უზრუნველყოფილი უნდა იქნეს საქართველოს ოკუპირებული ტერიტორიებიდან დევნილთა, შრომის, ჯანმრთელობისა და სოციალური დაცვის სამინისტროს მიერ გაცემული რეკომენდაციები;
გ) მეწარმე სუბიექტის (მეწარმე სუბიექტის ხელმძღვანელის) მიერ უზრუნველყოფილია დასაქმებულ პირთა სატრანსპორტო გადაადგილება სამუშაო ადგილზე და უკან მარნეულისა და ბოლნისის მუნიციპალიტეტების ტერიტორიაზე, საქართველოს შინაგან საქმეთა სამინისტროსთან წინასწარ შეთანხმებული მარშრუტით.
2. დამტკიცდეს მარნეულისა და ბოლნისის მუნიციპალიტეტების ტერიტორიაზე არსებული მეწარმე სუბიექტების ჩამონათვალი (დანართი №1).
3. საქართველოს შინაგან საქმეთა სამინისტრომ უზრუნველყოს კონტროლი მარნეულისა და ბოლნისის მუნიციპალიტეტების ტერიტორიაზე არსებული მეწარმე სუბიექტების მიერ ამ მუხლის პირველი პუნქტის შესაბამისად ფუნქციონირების პირობების დაცვაზე.
4. ამ ბრძანების მოქმედება არ ვრცელდება იმ მეწარმე სუბიექტებზე, რომლებიც „ახალი კორონავირუსის გავრცელების აღკვეთის მიზნით მარნეულისა და ბოლნისის მუნიციპალიტეტებში გასატარებელი საკარანტინო ღონისძიებების შესახებ“ საქართველოს მთავრობის 2020 წლის 23 მარტის №180 დადგენილების პირველი მუხლის პირველი პუნქტის „ე.ა“ – „ე.გ“ და „ე.ე“ – „ე.ზ“ ქვეპუნქტების თანახმად აგრძელებენ ფუნქციონირებას.

1. ბრძანება ამოქმედდეს გამოქვეყნებისთანავე.
2. ბრძანება ძალას კარგავს საგანგებო მდგომარეობის ვადის გასვლისთანავე.

On the Determination of the List of Entrepreneurial Entities and Procedures for their Operation in the Territories of the Municipalities of Marneuli and Bolnisi
On the basis of Decree No 1 of 21 March 2020 of the President of Georgia on Measures to be Implemented in connection with the Declaration of a State of Emergency throughout the Whole Territory of Georgia, Ordinance No 181 of 23 March 2020 of the Government of Georgia on the Approval of Measures to be Implemented in connection with the Prevention of the Spread of the Novel Coronavirus, and Article 1(1)(e)(d) of Ordinance No 180 of the Government of Georgia on Quarantine Measures to be Implemented for the purpose of the Prevention of Spread of the Novel Coronavirus in the Municipalities of Marneuli and Bolnisi, we do hereby order:
Article 1
1. In the municipalities of Marneuli and Bolnisi, for the duration of the state of emergency, the entrepreneurial entities listed in Annex No 1 of this Order shall not be restricted from carrying out economic activities provided they meet the following conditions of operation:
a) the activities or work shall be carried out mostly in open space;
b) when operating, the recommendations issued by the Ministry of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia shall be adhered to;
c) the transportation of employed persons to the working area and back in the territories of the municipalities of Marneuli and Bolnisi shall be provided by the entrepreneurial entity (the head of entrepreneurial entity) in question along a pre-agreed route with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia.
2. The list of entrepreneurial entities in the territories of the municipalities of Marneuli and Bolnisi shall be approved (Annex No 1).
3. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia shall ensure the monitoring of the observation of the conditions of operation, as specified in paragraph 1 of this article, of entrepreneurial entities in the territories of the municipalities of Marneuli and Bolnisi .
4. This Order shall not apply to those entrepreneurial entities who continue operating in accordance with Article 1(1)(e)(a)-1(1)(e)(c) and Article1(1)(e)(e)-1(1)(e)(g) of Ordinance No 180 of the Government of Georgia on Quarantine Measures to be Implemented for the purpose of the Prevention of Spread of the Novel Coronavirus in the Municipalities of Marneuli and Bolnisi.
Article 2
1. This Order shall enter into force upon its promulgation.
2. This Order shall become invalid upon the expiration of the period of the state of emergency.
