On Approval of Standard Statutes of Companies

In accordance with Article 6(2) and Article 254(3)(a) of the Law of Georgia on Entrepreneurs, I hereby order:

1. The following shall be approved:

a) a standard statute of a general partnership (Annex No 1);

b) a standard statute of a limited partnership (Annex No 2);

c) a standard statute of a limited liability company (Annex No 3);

d) a standard statute of a joint-stock company (Annex No 4);

e) a standard statute of a cooperative (Annex No 5).

2. This Order shall enter into force on 1 January 2022.
