On Approval of the List of Countries Whose Citizens May Enter Georgia without a Visa
Article 1
The attached List of Countries Whose Citizens may Enter Georgia without Visa shall be approved under Article 4(4) and Article 10(1) and (3) of the Law of Georgia on Legal Status of Aliens and Stateless Persons.
Article 2
According to Article 25 of the Law of Georgia on Normative Acts, Ordinance No 522 of 1 September 2014 of the Government of Georgia on Approval of the List of Countries Whose Citizens May Enter Georgia without Visa shall be declared invalid.
Article 3
The Ordinance shall enter into force upon its promulgation.

Notes:
1. Citizens of the countries listed in the annex may enter and stay in Georgia without visa for one full year.
2. Citizens of Member States of the European Union may enter Georgia with a travel document, as well as with an identity card issued by a Member State of the European Union. The identity card shall contain the name, surname, date of birth and a photo of the person.
3. Aliens holding a Laissez-Passer – a travel document issued by the United Nations Organisation or its specialised agencies may enter and stay in Georgia without visa for one full year.
4. In special cases, by decision of the Government of Georgia, aliens (who need visa) may be granted the right to enter and stay in Georgia without visa for one full year in cases defined under the same decision.
