On Approval of the List of Countries Whose Citizens May Enter Georgia without a Visa
Article 1
The attached List of Countries whose Citizens may Enter Georgia without a Visa shall be approved under Article 4(4), Article 10(1) and (3) and Article 71(1)(b) of the Law of Georgia on The Legal Status of Aliens and Stateless Persons.
Article 2
The Ordinance shall enter into force from 1 September 2014.

Notes:
1. Citizens of the countries listed in the annex may stay in Georgia without a visa for 90 calendar days in any 180-day period.
2. Citizens of Member States of the European Union may enter Georgia with a travel document, as well as with an identity card issued by a Member State of the European Union. The identity card shall contain the name, surname, date of birth and a photo of the person.
3. Aliens holding a Laissez-Passer – a travel document issued by the United Nations or its Specialized Agencies, may enter and stay in Georgia without a visa for 90 calendar days in any 180-day period.
